While the workers were nice, y'all really need to change the "No appointment needed—just drive in and we’ll take care of the rest" on the website for your oil change service. You absolutely do need an appointment to get an oil change. I get it you guys are busy, however it is still false advertising.

Tim and his team at Red Lion Express Lube and Auto Repair were fantastic. I they noticed I had a broken part. Their concern about getting it fixed before a long trip the next day forced them to expedite the part and fit me into their already-full morning schedule. They pulled it off and it is greatly appreciated.

Solid guys, do good work.

My Jeeps electrical system went haywire due to a bad wheel sensor making it almost undriveable. Red Lion was able to return me right in and saw it wasn't just the wheel sensor but was the whole hub assembly. They managed to still get the parts and get me back on the road by the end of the day. I would recommend them to anyone the staff I dealt with were all great.

Had a great experience at Red Lion Express lube. I was waiting to get my oil change done In their beautiful waiting area. Tim was such a great host while waiting to get my car done, which didn’t take long at all. Great time at Red Lion, bathroom was amazing too.

Car was diagnosed and repaired in a few hours. Always pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend foor all car needs.

Very fast and very professional. I'm so glad I don't have to take my car to Walmart or other big conglomerates anymore. I stumbled upon this place surfing the web. It's locally owned and operated. I'd much rather give them my business than wm. I was also reminded I needed wiper blades that I forgot I desperately needed as well. UPDATE: 03/11/2025 if you go early enough in the day, you can grab a bagel from across the parking lot while you wait.
